AC contactor connection method one:
Generally, a three-phase contactor has a total of 8 points. Three inputs. Three outputs. There are two control points. Output and input are corresponding. It is easy to see. If you want to add self-locking, you also need Connect a wire from a terminal of the output point to the control point.
AC contactor connection method 2:
First of all, you should know the principle of the AC contactor. It uses an external power supply to add to the coil. It generates an electromagnetic field. The power is turned on. The contact point is disconnected after the power is off. After you know the principle, you should figure out the contact of the external power supply. That is, the two contacts of the coil. Generally in the lower part of the contactor and on one side. The other inputs and outputs are generally in the upper part. You can know at a glance. Also pay attention to the voltage of the external power supply (220V or 380V) . Generally marked with. And pay attention to whether the contact point is normally closed or normally open. If there is self-locking control, it is enough to arrange the line according to the principle.

Selection and working principle of AC contactor:
The choice of AC contactor:
(1) Equipment that operates intermittently. The contactor is calculated as 80%. That is, the 100A AC contactor can only control the equipment whose maximum rated current is below 80A. For information, please visit: Transmission and Distribution Equipment Network
(2) Continuously operating equipment. The contactor is calculated as 67-75%. That is, the 100A AC contactor can only control the equipment with the maximum rated current below 67-75A.
(3) Equipment that works repeatedly for short periods of time. The contactor is calculated as 116-120%. That is, a 100A AC contactor can only control equipment whose maximum rated current is below 116-120A.
The working principle of AC contactor:
When the coil is energized, the static iron core generates electromagnetic attraction, which pulls in the moving iron core. Since the contact system is linked with the moving iron core, the moving iron core drives the three moving contact pieces to operate at the same time, and the contacts are closed to connect power supply. When the coil is de-energized, the suction force disappears, and the moving iron core linkage part is separated by the reaction force of the spring, so that the main contact is disconnected and the power supply is cut off.
